- Vercel provides website hosting and serverless infrastructure.
- Resend processes and delivers form-notification emails.
- Google Workspace receives and stores messages sent to our business email accounts.
These providers process information on our behalf for the services they supply. We do not authorize them to use enquiry information for M-Powered’s unrelated marketing purposes.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable laws, court orders, subpoenas, or lawful government requests

Service providers may retain technical logs and delivery records according to their own retention schedules and legal obligations.
